Granny Smith apples, cumquat & a feint wiff of flower blossom. A pinch of spice running a fine line between the acidic crunch of a toffee apple & the dry backbone of slatey minerals & river rocks. Scintillating lemon & lime zest.
Pristine & perfect, like the Full Windsor on a private school prefect. Tight & taught with magnificent ageworthiness, if given half a chance in the cellar. I will see you in five years & then another ten.
