2012 Grosset Off-Dry Alea Riesling
Lemon/lime zest, straw & granny smith crunchiness on the nose. Brilliant balance of delicate succulence with the cleanest chalk & dry pristine minerals. Uber clean & immaculately restrained. The gentle sweetness is a supporting act to the clinical crispness & glacial acidity. Food match with Thai chicken noodle salad; possibly the greatest ever experienced. I am buying another case of this wine. It really is that good.
