2012 Larry Cherubino Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling
Lime juice, apple strudel, a smidge of spice & an ever so gentle twang of sugar. The mirage of sweetness disappears gracefully on the palate. Clean, sharp & spectacularly clinical. This is tight & linear, with a chalky, mineraly finish.
Sublime accompaniment to mint, pea & ricotta parpadelle.
