Gorgeous eucalypt, mulberry and leather with layers of chocolate, cigar box and mint. So well balanced. Very romantic wine indeed.
Doesn't hurt that I'm also ravishing a Saint Agur double cream blue cheese (France) with a locally made quince paste. The combination almost makes my leg shake. It really is that good. The blue is so smooth and contoured. No sharp tang or overpowering aroma.
